4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our dropshipping suppliers and typical delivery times are 7 to 20 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@furfindsstore.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless the item is faulty.

Fur Finds Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
